Summer Musical Theatre Arts Education Program

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, our summer program has moved online.

July 6 – 31, 2020

Monday-Friday, 12:30-4:30pm

(Actual session times will vary depending on the student’s grade level, but will be approximately 2 hours each day.)

We’re moving online!! We’ve revamped our summer program to focus on growing the individual creativity and performance capabilities of each student. We feature small groups and one-on-one sessions in acting and vocal performance with some of the best musical theatre educators on the island. Join us for an incredible growth experience this summer!

Tuition $325

Enrollment is limited. Please inquire about family discounts. While we usually recommend our program for grades 3 through high school, we believe our online program to be more appropriate for grades 5 and older. If you are interested in the program and have a younger grade school child, please contact us.

Ronald E. Bright was a Hawai`i theatre arts educator who taught for over 40 years at James B. Castle High School.  He understood intuitively the importance of theatre to education and used his theatre to inspire generations of students.  The I’m A Bright Kid Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization spearheaded by his former students to continue his enduring legacy of the performing arts and education.

Our summer program seeks to recreate the unique learning environment he fostered – one that nurtured thousands of students to reach their full potential both on and off the stage.
